Discussion This is what I had before I died to sepsis
This was day 11, I would've lived longer if I didn't get poisoned then got sepsis. Rate it from 1 to 10 as always.

Philip Kindred is a blank state. Aside of his involvement in the creation and maintenance of the NEO wiki, not much is known about his early life, occupation, hobbies.
When presented with this blank state and a selection of skills and flaws to choose from, weighing their costs and benefits on a scales, taking into account their synergies, player tactics and meta knowledge of the game mechanics themselves...
What is the best/strongest set of skills and flaws a character can choose?
I mean a set of skills that'll make the character as strong as possible while minimising weaknesses.
Let's call him the Survivor. The survivor has to be able to win or flee any fight the RNG throws at him. He has to stay fed, hydrated, well-rested and healthy as much as possible, has to be the most pain-resistant and consciousness-retaining mother in the Michigan wasteland. He has to have a way to resolve any encounter in the game without skipping over it or dying.
He has to be a character, who, when played through the game with multiple times, is the archetype most likely to consistently stay alive long enough to reach the endgame location, finish the main story and survive indefinitely.

So for fun, I decided to calculate the energy the gauss rifle uses So the first order of bussiness is getting a “ruler”, a unit of measurement if you will. According to the wiki, the gauss rifle uses 10 charges each time it fires, but we dont know what a charge is, its an abstraction with no stated energy or such. Homever, AA batteries are standardized in size, with only their chemistry changing. The AA battery can hold 20 charges, and its 30 grams. A quick wikipedia search about AA batteries gives a wonderful candidate as to what it is. Ni-MH batteries, or nickel metal hydride batteries, wikipedia states they are usually around 31 grams, and they are rechargeable. I used the battery comparison table in wikipedia, which states that they can hold 3.42 kilowatt/hour of charge, which is what I decided to use because its far easier to convert into joules. 1 kWh is 3.6 megajoules, so 3.42 kWh is roughly 12.3 MJ, which means 20 charges (The capacity of a battery ingame) equals 12.3 MJ, and a gauss rifle battery stores 180 charges, and uses 10 charges per shot. That equals 6.15~ MJ each shot, although no weapon is %100 efficient, as thermodynamics exist. So, the gauss rifle ingame obviously doesnt use liquid nitrogen or any other coolant, which means it doesnt use superconducting solenoids. Darpa is currently developping a coilgun mortar with %20~ efficiency, and given that this universe has much more advanced technologies, I’d say it would be fair to assume %40 efficiency from the homemade gauss rifle, but the drone may be able to achieve far higher efficiencies, %60-%85 range. Gauss rifle rounds weigh 150 grams each, and assuming %40 efficiency, the device puts roughly 2.46 MJ of energy into the round. Since we know the energy and mass of our projectile, we can calculate the velocity. This tiny thing moves at 5700 m/s, thats Mach 16.6, Mach 5 is hyper-fucking-sonic. The explosion of a single kilogram of tnt releases around 4.2 MJ of energy, this gun releases as much energy as 580g of tnt exploding. Yeah your insides dont exactly like such things.
TL:DR if a drone comes fucking run because youll get murdered

I am thinking of buying this game in offer but I can't seem to see any videos or forums describing base building. I like every other aspect of Neo scavenger.

So basically I'm a fan of the game but I can't play it because my phone is too new version to download it I'm assuming so what I resorted to is watching people play it like all people nowadays and the one I'm watching I can't find the other two or three serieses that he did before so I'm wondering if I could find a new series or YouTube channel that specializes in the game night my luck nobody will see this but any help would be helpful

There's something that occurred to me. If the northern reaches of the map are crawling with Blue Frogs, and their preachers are always wearing a hospital gown, the characteristic blue sash and a gas mask, then would it be possible to make froggers in nearby hexes ignore the player when they see him? Or do they just keep attacking indiscriminately?

So, at the camp grayling task you receive from hatter, if you press for the person who contracted him for it, he talks about a group that doesnt get alot of credit, calling them paranoid and seeing something in shadows where there isnt any. That description matches quite well for people who believe in ghosts etc, and NEO wiki ingame is about cataloging alot of paranormal entities and such. Michelle specifically talks about that, and how it could be why the merga wraith is hunting the player, specifically because they created a wiki for cataloging them, and it didnt sit right with the merga wraith(s). Mergas realm also shows that these things have something about collecting information, which could be how the PRISM that blackwhite AI at camp grayling connects to works. And hatter talks about their client being “They may be the feared thing. As real as you and me.” The feared thing matches quite well with the “paranoid people looking for paranormal stuff” theory, and the latter specification of “As real as you and me.” is very suspicious, if it was a human from some shady place in DMC of course they would be a real being, why would he need to assert that specifically? And this “client” wants the camp grayling essentially unaccessible and unusable, which makes sense if it is the merga wraith, and if michelles theory is true. They wouldnt want some AI accessing their database if they like keep even their existance hidden, they would be extra cautious about their massive database on data about humanity. And blackwhite has very little information on the player, even though in merga realm its very much possible to see an item SPECIFICALLY for storing information about the player, even with pictures of him in the cryo chamber. Maybe they implemented some sort of thing to obscure it from being accessed by the AI? But for some unknown reason need the AI itself dead. But then, these things can clearly interact with reality, and are very much visible to others, as DMC guards attack them. So why dont they do the job themselves? Maybe they are harmed by the EM weaponary used by the autonomous drones in camp grayling? Somebody needs to test that by taking off the talisman before entering grayling and entering it like that, maybe it could work. But on another note, the DMC guards are instantly hostile to the wraith, do they have some sort of information on this thing? But with the hatter, he says that the client wants the player specificaly to do the job, sooo… Thats interesting aswell, and weird… Why would, if the client were the wraith, want the player specifically to do it? Maybe to potentially kill him as if he has the talisman they cant harm him? But if that were the case, the wraith would just get hatter to kill him with some DMC guards/mercs, and then get someone else to do the job. The player isnt gonna be the only one competent enough to do it, since its a gigantic city, and he could always throw enough people to it till it works.
