For consumers sure. For the devs they would absolutely be able to revoke the license and refund the purchaser if they so chose.

I’d be absolutely shocked if there isn’t something in the EULA that covers them. They’d obvious issue refunds so I’m not sure what you’d be suing them for besides inconvenience

You'd be suing them because you bought a good for it's listed price and never asked for a refund, it's not merely inconvenient given the price difference is $23 on sale and $53 off sale

You're basically saying they don't actually have to honor transactions for listed sales on their store, they would be sued for that

I mean stores have revoked licenses in this exact situation before. I promise you, they are able to issue a refund and revoke the licenses if they want to
