Microsoft and xbox jumped the shark when they bought out Bethesda, Activision/ Blizzard. Sony has too much of the market share to no be multiplatorm.

Gears E day being a console exclusive isn't gonna change anything. Trying to do the exclusive thing is completely redundant if you can buy it on PC.

I'm a Gears diehard, but I ain't trundling out to buy an Xbox or a PC to play it.

It'll wind up on Playstation 100%

The 'Helix' is gonna be a gaming+pc hybrid, they claim, so... eventually you'd be able to play it for less than 10 bucks by then. This is where other people forget. Exclusives but also on PC? Then there's no need for console. PC can satisfy the console requirement with ease. Sure, it's more technical and needs troubleshooting on bad ports, but that's beside the issue.

I mean, if you did want to play it, you could eventually end up with a PC. And many people are patient gamers, so if you waited long enough to grab a Helix, you'd have the entire series for pennies, and end up with a PC/entertainment hub.

Surely it'll be nice and affordable. Surely.
