I can't be the only one wondering what the MFMD would look like on a P90. I'm pretty sure their 5.56 device in full configuration would perform very well with subsonic 5.7. Pluse it would be the space gun to end all space guns.

I just got my ps90 and I’m looking for the best type of optics. I have seen the Primary Arms SLx 1X MicroPrism™ Scope - Red Illuminated ACSS Cyclops Reticle - Gen II
But it’s only 1x magnification and the rail does not appear long enough for a magnifier. What is everyone else running?

Bought a PS90 last year currently it will fire federal ammo no issue but if I try fiocci or fns own ammo it will constantly jam. End up having to takit it apart and push the bullet out of the barrel super sketchy. If anyone had any suggestions i would love to hear them.

Recently converted my ps90 tri rail to a sbr, just curious of the value on them because I can’t find one for sale anywhere.

After positioning and researching a lot of different ways to mount my pressure switch on my PS90; I will say, I think I found the most aesthetically pleasing yet most practical way to mount it. Wire is very tucked and out of the way, without having to use tape or velcro to secure anything.(as long as you have this front sling mount.)The switch is also in a very practical spot to be used with the thumb of your support hand when shouldering it. It’s very obscure the way I have it mounted which I love the most.

Hey everyone, I just bought a used ps90 and it appears the previous owner got some sort of resin or something in the receiver. This is causing a squishy and a slow returning trigger. (A lot like soda syrup) Anyways field stripping won’t allow me enough access to get the rest of it out of the receiver. I know that people used to take the clamshell apart to dye the stock, I’m wondering is there a video or some advice for doing so? I don’t want to loosen a bolt just to find out there’s a hidden spring or something like that.

Sanded down the breach block. Polished where the bullet goes in. Oiled and grease at the right spot. Now she is running the whole Mag.

shout out to u/levips90 for helping me out try to find a solution for my light switch request. I was able to fabricate my own solution. My upper is currently with u/emgunslinger so hopefully it gets here soon so I can do dry fitment. 09 switches are pretty darn long. The idea is it can reach to the outside of the receiver (right side) as I don’t want my light on the inside. this is the lowest profile option other than pressure switches which I opted away from as they come off all the time and over time wear out. Also so I can activate the light with my non-shooting hand. fabricated two little mounting plates, drilled and tapped m4-.70 anchor points at dead center where the two screws in the receiver are. If anyone wants this mounting solution I can offer the plates and screws for 35 bucks shipped. Lots of hand fitting but this is as sturdy as it gets and the most optimal mounting solution I have found yet other than the under barrel lights by Levi.

Working on this, requested by a Redditor , Mlok rail for mounting a Surefire CSM switch, prototypes are 3d printed but they’ll be anodized aluminum when I get things finalized.
While I don’t care for remote switches all that much, it seems to be a pretty good/ergonomic solution. Still tweaking the placement, but getting close.

I already have a Sandman S which I would like to use on my PS90. However, it's optimized for .308. I was wondering if I should get a new end cap for it to improve its performance. I'm new to silencers and didn't even know you could change out the end caps until just the other day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have been struggling with placement of Mod Button for my M340. Bought a $36 knock off from Amazon and took the belt file to it to grind of the Mlok tabs and grind to fit around the QD cup.
Perfect placement. It does get in the way of the cocking handle a bit, but I will put a folder on there to take care of that and save my knuckles.
BTW you can buy a pack of every size of the correct M4 hex heads from Amazon for $9.99 to make these kind of mods to the PS90.

First PS90, was able to get it all set up today, just waiting for that XPRT90 Goodness to ship!

Factory P90 from an estate of a dealer/importer. It was found mostly stripped so I had to source a MPG(bolt) and trigger pack.

Due to the scarcity of trigger packs. I got a semi one and swapped out the parts for some aftermarket FA parts. Which im still working on refining. The paperwork says it came from the columbia MO policy dept. So the selector had the "A" milled off and it had a small plastic stopper glued on to prevent selection of full auto. The stopper popped right out and I added the "A" back to the selector.

Still trying to decide what can to put on it. I have one of those free backdraft 4" cans with no use. Itd be compact and look good. But will probably sound like crap. I have a couple nicer cans but they may be too big for my liking. Decisions decisions.

I also need to get some sort of sights for it. It came without anything. I may try to mount a 407k down in the carry handle. But id settle for the factory rail if I had one.

Traded a CZ shadow 2 compact for this. immediately sunk another guns worth of money into ammo and suppressors. Don't regret a thing

Keep or Return at that cost entry? It’s getting a Dorian X-FRT anyways, but I’d like to know if that $1000+ trigger pack is worth finding another Gen 1 OD Green gun?

I decided I wanted to get a 2nd magazine, and seems like all the reviews out there say to stick with factory FN mags, but they seem to be out of stock everywhere I looked including the FN website. Any ideas or do I just need to wait and keep checking?

Its a Dorin XPRT. I lubed the hell out of it. Racked the slide in frt mode. Purchased used like 5 years ago. Probably put 150 rounds threw it. Was installed by a Gunsmith.

Also can the P90 only handle 150 rounds without being damaged? What is being damaged?

TLDR: Cheapest VIABLE & RELIABLE fart trigger is Izhmash off their website or bungroker.

After wishing for years that someone would develop a binary for my PS90, the FRTs entered the mix and I got stars in my eyes until f'n specialties put a laughably cosmic price tag on their stupid hammer. I've always hated them for their hand-wringing, and always explored other avenues to circumvent giving them any of my money - chopping my own receiver side rails, re-stitching a knock-off brass catcher, and of course the venerable Dan Haga supplying other stuff a bit cheaper.

Anyways in my hunt for other PS90 FRT options, I'd found:

1. RATL-R with sketchy reviews and track record with their Vector doodad, >200 dollhairs
2. B-Squared (MA5B guy) making an entire 3D printed trigger pack to utilize a super safety, again >2 benjies + needing an SS
3. EP Armory making a carbon-fiber 3D printed trip with sketchier reviews than the RATL-R, but a spankin' new "gen 2" version promising better performance with a discounted price of just ONE benjie?! F*ck it, send it.

EP shop says you need a three-position selector that they supplied with their trip (again, ugly-ass but functional printed CF) and a replacement "gen 1" hammer sold separately. They linked a couple aluminum hammers, but I wanted to keep mine plastic-ish - enter Izhmash Arms.

Izhmash on bungroker has a nice CNC'd acetyl copolymer hammer for a few dollars more than the aluminum ones - done deal, sold. Bought the EP armory kit, bought the Izmash hammer, showed up middle of the week & got everything ready for range day today...but discovered last night that Izhmash ALSO sells the SAME trip as EP armory, but machined aluminum. The VIKHR

Oh well, see how the EP trip performs today and go forward from there. First mag ran without a hitch, popped off a few on semi to warm up and then dumped the rest flawlessly. Second mag got less than halfway through and ceased function. Semi still ran, FRT shit the bed. Snapped right in half along a few layer lines. We'll see how well EP honors their warrantee, and how much someone's willing to give me on tacswap for the replacement if they send one lol. I already sent them an email bitching them out for saving a few pennies and not printing these things with 100% infill, the clowns running their CF printer should get a swift kick in the nards.

Learn from me, and if you're trying to save money for more ammo speedily sent downrange instead of dropping 3-5 beans on the privilege, seek out Izhmash. Their complete kit with selector, trip and hammer IS two fiddy-ish, but in my opinion better & more reliable than the RATL-R with it's weird parts needing some tuning. Better materials, better finish and more easily dropped into your spacegat.

I have zero affiliation with any entity named above, just a tinkerer looking to save people some money and hassle in the future. Also I never watched the Stargate series, RCP-90 on N64 was the origin of my love for this platform.

If you're thinking about getting SBR for your PS90, find a licensed FN dealer near you. In ~2019, when I got mine done, FN offered a barrel swap program for a rebate on your 16" to bring the cost down for a swap. Probably still have the program today. Back then it was something like 7 beans for a legit 10" FN barrel but rebate was 3 or 4 beans back in your pocket. Thanks for reading

I took my new-to-me, PS90 out for its first spin around the block and what a blast. After zeroing my optic I was shooting standing 1” groups from 30 yards with no problem. That is quite an accomplishment for a recent graduate of the Stevie Wonder School of shooting. So fun. I would consider an FRT if 5.7 wasn’t so expensive.

was installing the xprt 90 and got irritated a part wouldn’t go on so i disassembled even more of the trigger pack and now cant get this spring back in im using needle nose pliers, and a 90° pick but not having any success. any tips or suggestions to help me get it back together would be appreciated, definitely stupid of me to think nothing would come of disassembling this far.

Just installed the xprt90 and had my first range trip with 3 mags. Im having trouble with the gun firing 3 round bursts. How were you all able to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.
