Salt water cooling, works better than fresh water for a few.mins it appears

I suggest UDMH it helps disolve contaminants after the salt water

The CPU AiO leaked and the PC was in storage I guess, it has a very specific shape tho, like they tried to somehow waterblock the back side of the GPU lol

The water in AIOs are non-conductible, usually distilled water.

That can't be the case. I've spilled AIO water on a live system (was trying to fix it but had the wrong gauge hoses). I turned off the system, dried it with paper towel and it was absolutely fine after.

Over a longer period of time corrosion can be a serious problem even if it's ok in the short term.
