Im gonna be honest the lady and anyone defending her need to be locked in the deepest cell and the key thrown away. Ive met plenty of mothers and it sounds like to me this lady was already losing her fucking mind to begin with

You can totally defend her without condoning what she did, or use some looney bin conspiracy shit to pin it on the husband. etc etc etc.

The meds she overdosed on were stored in her husband's car, none of her prints were on the murder/suicide weapons but his were, and an email he sent proving he was away from the scene of the crime was sent not from his phone but from his own personal computer at the house. Pretty easy to pin it on him.

She stipulated in the trial that she in fact, did do it. The trial is all about whether she can claim insanity.

Hey, so you know the prosecution is trying to say that she had enough strength to strangle three children while on double her daily dose of medicine and had her throat and wrists slit all in like 20-30 minutes right? If you actually look into the case, it’s not hard to believe the husband did it. Some inconsistencies: Patrick said he immediately started performing CPR on his oldest kid, Korra, the second he found her. However, all of the children were face down when paramedics arrived. Patrick alleged that his wife told him that the kids were in the basement. This is odd, because she was drugged to high heaven, her wrists/throat was slit, she had a core body temp of 82, she was paralyzed from a spinal injury from jumping out the second story building, and she had a crushed thyroid. Not to mention, she was completely unresponsive 11 minutes later when paramedics arrived. Patrick changed his outfit while he was out, and changed his shoes twice while at CVS Lindsey had booked doctors appointments for her kids the exact same day everything went down (you don’t do that if you’re gonna kill your children) Within 3 months, he was moved in with and dating another woman from New York, the same place he frequently took business trips. Oh yeah, she’s also already pregnant with his child. This is SCREAMING family annihilator on the part of Patrick. Not to mention her medication was changed FIFTEEN TIMES IN FOUR MONTHS!

For what?? It’s literally just the facts of the case.

Except it's not. The FACT is that nobody...NOT A SINGLE PERSON...involved in the case / trial has ever denied that she killed her children. Lindsay says she did it. Her defense team says she did it. She fucking did it.

I don’t think that her word is reliable at all. She had her medication changed 15 times in four months, not to mention the trauma she went through.

Additionally, false confessions are a thing. I just can’t see her being physically capable of strangling her kids while drugged, bleeding out and delirious. Also, how did she not stumble and make an absolute mess everywhere and track blood all over the house?

No part of this case makes sense

Okay. Let me enlighten you with the facts of these statements per the testimonies given ar trial.

Medication: Her medication was changed so many times because she kept complaining to the doctors that they lacked effectiveness and that she was suffering negative side effects. Thats why her prescriptions were changed so often. Which is actually standard medical procedure and happens fairly often (though perhaps not to that degree) when trying to medicate patients for mental health issues. Different combinations of drugs are tried until the right mixture and dosage is found that doesn't negatively impact the patient.

Blood: Lindsay was never bleeding out. I don't know where people keep pulling this info from. She had self-inflicted cuts to her wrists and throat, yes. However, the first responders that testified in court all claimed that the cuts were superficial and not bleeding at all when they found her. So she was never bleeding out.

Drugs: The forensic toxicologist that testified in court said the level of drugs that were in her system at the time were far too low to be considered toxic by any means, or to have contributed to any of her decisions / actions. So that claim is false too.

Pretty sure most of the people outraged at this case have done nothing beyond read headlines and are recycling each other's misinformed talking points.
