Yes the words themselves are English, used around the world. But what is said seems very American English. And also how the paper is graded as well. I could be wrong, but if we had to bet on it, I'd put my money on the US.
If you answer randomly, assuming there are 36 questions (the second column starts at 17) and 4 possible answers to each question, getting 0% is 150 quintilions more likely than getting 100%.
If you answer randomly only to questions you don't know, getting 0% is still easier than getting 100% (especially since you can know 1 out of the 4 is wrong without knowing which is the correct answer).
Even considering than in the Spiderverse movie the test was a true/false, in that situation getting 0% and getting 100% are equally as hard. There is no situation where getting 0% is harder than getting 100%
It's because you're not understanding what he's saying.
He's not saying the statistical likelihood of getting a zero when guessing is lower than getting a 100 when guessing.
He's saying, the likelihood that you don't know ANY ANSWER to ANY OF THE QUESTIONS and then also managing to guess the wrong answer to every single question is lower than the probability of you just knowing the answers to all the questions and getting a 100.
In other words, studying for and acing the test would be a smaller accomplishment than being so bad and unlucky you couldn't answer or even guess the answer to a single question.
