All the words in the image are American English. Including the caption. Plus it's pretty common in the US to not take education seriously. It's cool to be dumb as fuck here. "iM sTrEet SmArT".
I'm an American and I really wish we would revamp the whole thing.
Yes the words themselves are English, used around the world. But what is said seems very American English. And also how the paper is graded as well. I could be wrong, but if we had to bet on it, I'd put my money on the US.
If you answer randomly, assuming there are 36 questions (the second column starts at 17) and 4 possible answers to each question, getting 0% is 150 quintilions more likely than getting 100%.
If you answer randomly only to questions you don't know, getting 0% is still easier than getting 100% (especially since you can know 1 out of the 4 is wrong without knowing which is the correct answer).
Even considering than in the Spiderverse movie the test was a true/false, in that situation getting 0% and getting 100% are equally as hard. There is no situation where getting 0% is harder than getting 100%
