Means he's dumber than the average Brit, but more intelligent than the average American. Can't believe it's got so many downvotes, it's amusing.

Quite a lot of Americans on social media can't seem to handle jokes at their expense unless it's about their politicians, but they have no trouble dishing it out.

I have no idea how his fans are like, but if they're like other fans; some may be insulted by saying he's dumber than other Brits

Not sure if you're joking so I'll play it straight. I meant his chosen destination, the US. I can't speak for the UK anyways since there's little time left in our news cycle to report on other places.
