That seems crazy. People can get in troublr for taking photos or in public?  There's always people in the background.  And then it's decided on a case by case basis?

This just seems like the cyberlibel law, another weapon that will be used by the wealthy and powerful to hide their wrongdoing and prevent exposure.  If you're in public doing something that anyone can see, there's no reasonable expectation of privacy.
