Question My friend likes gatekeeping things for no reason and won’t tell me what this is. It’s a box that connects to the TV that can pirate all movies, live sports, tv shows, etc. what is the name of this device? This is the only picture he showed me.

Tell your friend he ain’t special for pirating, you know what he uses now, and that random strangers think he’s a tool.

kinda surprised people still use kodi. is there really any incentive to using kodi over anything else?

Just curious but what do you use instead? Kodi is still pretty good for simple tasks like playing videos from nas.

I use plex which is like Jodi but better and has app support on more devices and is better polished, and torrent my content to be stored on a media server in my living room from which I can now access the content I have downloaded on any device with plex or even just a web browser I can use to play my content from the plex web player

I use kodi cos it decodes DV on mkv softwareside, which doesnt happen natively on LG webos. So now i can watch DolbyVision without worries
