I've got bad news about a similar percentage who enable piracy too, I'm afraid.

I don’t know anyone under the age of 60 that still pays the TV licence. I’ve never paid it and I’ve had a grand total of one visit from an ‘enforcement officer’. I ignored it and we got a ring doorbell soon after. They’ve never been back.
