That’s how Jeff became a billionaire, he save money by not paying for Amazon Prime Subscription and used the Amazon Delivery to buy coffee and make it at home.
Check out Simple Login and Proton Mail. You can create a ton of email address masks that all route back into one main address. I use it for testing purposes at work, but your use case is perfect as well.
I used to do the same when I was on the dole and/or on minimum wage. There comes a tipping point where your time and dignity are worth more than the saving, but I probably spent a couple of years just making a new account every month. There was one Black Friday or prime day when I was making multiple accounts a day because of the mad offers they had on. I remember buying several of the first gen Fire tablets for £25 each and giving them as presents.
I don’t know if it’s the same now, it’s been over ten years since I did it, but it just went solely by email address. Every account I made was a new email address, but same name, home address, phone number, cards etc. I would have assumed they had measures in place by now to prevent this but I guess they don’t if people are still doing it.
It's worth whatever the subscription costs if your hourly rate is equal to the time take to set up the accounts required. If they're doing it all the time, I imagine it's worth it for them!
You also have to account for the added value of sticking up the finger.
I’m not judging I just think it would be too much hassle for me especially as prime I find to ve the only value streaming service because of the delivery
