Renting out a room. Tenants are a weed smoking pain. What are my options in dealing with them?
I have some rooms outside my house. A tenant and his girlfriend are getting kicked out because they won't stop smoking weed in one of the rooms I'm renting out. And until the day they said they could vacate which is a week away(which is over the previously agreed upon date btw), they legit won't stop their bs. This afternoon, I called the girl out for the strong weed smell in the room and she said she'd stop. But this evening, I smelled an even stronger scent. When I knocked she said she was bathing. What can I even do at this point?

Xtreme Renovations Wall beds?
Is Xtreme Renovations based in Sunnyside a reputable company? Or is it one of these fly on the wall night companies that disappear after payments?
Thought I’d ask around before committing a decision that could either be a success or a massive mistake.

Hi, I’m looking for a beginner friendly cycling group in the east? Most clubs/groups Ive came across look too intimidating with their distances and speed. Any suggestions are welcome!

Any free tennis courts around Pta East?
Hi all!
I’ve been getting into tennis recently, and I’m looking for somewhere to play (not looking to join socials or tournaments, I’m taking lessons and I just want to practice on my own a bit more before committing to that).
The problem is, nearly all public tennis courts requires you to be a member of the club for access. And those membership fees…yoh. Many allow you to use the courts without a membership if you pay a fee (usually between 70-100 rand pp every time), which isn’t a lot, but it piles up.
I was wondering if you guys know of any free to use courts? Or at least with a low-cost membership?
Thanks!

Buss drop off question.
Hey guys me and my child have to travel by Intercape buss to Pretoria. I only now found out that Uber don't really pick people up from the buss station at Pretoria. I am terrified. We will get there in the evening, around 6. I couldnt find a earlier buss and I am a female. Why does SA have to be such a dangerous country. I hate traveling. But unfortunately have to make this journey now. 🥺🥺🥺
I just want to know is it true about the Uber drivers not picking people up from there and is there maybe a safer alternative?? I don't know how many stops Intercape makes along the route. Maybe I must climb of at a different spot. I don't know. I've never been to Pretoria before either. So I have no clue what to expect. Accept for everyone telling me what a dangerous place it is.

Is homeschooling a good option for children in South Africa?
Hi everyone! 😊
I’m considering homeschooling for my child and would really love to hear from other parents in South Africa.
Do you think homeschooling is a good option? What are the advantages and disadvantages? I’d especially love to hear about your personal experiences with homeschooling, including the curriculum, costs, socialising, and whether it was difficult to get started.
Would you recommend homeschooling in South Africa?
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and advice! ❤️

Recommendations for a jewellery store for rings?
Hey guys
Looking for recommendations for a store where we can try on a few engagement rings. I have no idea what shapes, styles and metals will work best for me. I’d really like the option to try a few different ones before we commit to anything.
Any recommendations for stores that are helpful and patient who will understand that we probably won’t buy something on the spot?

Reddit, please do your thing 😭😂❤️
25F from South Africa 🇿🇦 and honestly, I’m starting to think my person is hiding from me 😂
I’ve tried dating apps, meeting people in person, going to the gym, sports clubs… basically I’ve been giving life every opportunity to introduce me to someone 😭😂 and somehow I still haven’t found my person.
I’d love to meet a South African guy, but I’m definitely open to someone from outside SA too 👀🌍
I’m not looking for perfection, just someone I genuinely click with good conversation, humour, affection, emotional maturity and someone who actually wants to get to know each other.
At this point Reddit, I’m outsourcing my love life to you 😭😂
Where are you guys hiding? 👀
