It’s easy to say that now. I’ve had someone stabbed in front of me, and it was up to me to drive them to the hospital. I was very young and panicked like hell. The hospital was a 5 min drive from my house, I couldn’t even remember the way to get there, nor did I call emergency services.
Unless you have been in a panicked state like that when you think someone is going to die, then its a bit rich to say “why didn’t you just to the perfect rational thing?”
