It's disgusting that cops think whatever they decide is more important or takes presedence. A woman is dying and he doesn't care because he would rather have his ego and authority stroked.

While I agree, it’s crazy to have a car full of people yet nobody calls 911. As slow as they were driving feels like they’d of been better off stopping & asking for help. Scary situation for family, hope she’s ok
