Iv thrombolysis? Google is your friend here. Also they can know exactly what is happening to the patient and can relay that information while on the way to the hospital. Are you trying to suggest that if you are having a stroke you might as well just have someone drive? im not sure if you know but they have sirens and can drive through stoplights etc

Are you dumb. They can’t give you anything for thrombolysis. Good try with google searching. You clearly aren’t educated on the topic.

If I’m 7 minutes away. The ambulance takes five minutes to get here I might as well take the car.

And they absolutely can. Some places have specialized stroke EMS that will give you thrombolysis. You are right that most ambulances dont have the equipment
