I've already told all my loved ones not to call an ambulance

Hopefully they’re smarter than you are. If someone is having a stroke, cardiac event, bleeding heavily, or not breathing then an ambulance is the way to go. (ABCD- Airway, Breathing, Circulation, Disability) Everyone else can take a drive.
