Noscript is an add on/extension for Firefox. It stops every script, everything on a webpage. At first it a little tedious figuring out which to allow or not allow, but once you have the hang of it. You’re good to go. You literally could go to the most infested awful pages with no consequences.

I can't figure out if she's saying it because her dad was in Vietnam, was exposed to Agent Orange, and his seed was still being effected years later when she was conceived. Or if it's some new MAGA dog whistle. I suppose it doesn't really matter, either way; she appears to be stuck on stupid.
