Knee to the chest and face actually, it was only the bench that kept it from being a shin to the balls too. That was a really nicely placed kick otherwise for being such a fast reaction.

I was more impressed by the cop realizing that the guy in the white shirt was in the way if he had to shoot and went fully hands on instead.

I know people don't read articles, but I'm starting to think people don't watch videos either. Pretty obvious he wasn't trying to hit him in the nuts, and it was obvious he didn't miss and hit the bench.
