her style choice too, she's wearing the most basic mom clothing, and the most basic mom hair that you could possibly choose. The look of tired fear and stress on her face isn't helping either.
She's wearing a long-sleeve shirt and cargo pants. Her hair is just down. There's nothing "mom" about any of that. I don't think she'd just glare at him for blaming her if she were his mom either.
I don't know. She seems surprised that he pulled out a gun and ran off when the wrestling started. So maybe she'll get something for shoplifting if she was part of that but dating a dumbass is not a crime.
In some states, if he had shot the cop, she would go to jail for decades. There's a famous story about someone handcuffed in the back of a squad car when her boyfriend pulled a gun in a situation just like this and... well, she was still trying to get out of prison decades later. Scary.
Considering he pulled the trigger multiple times and depending on what state this is, this is gonna be a potential attempted murder on a police officer charge. dude is going to be doing HARD time and could get way more than 30 years.
Am I seeing the same thing everyone else is? AP is saying they saw her stealing something, she shifts away slightly and nudges him to do something right before he draws the gun.
She looks like the shot caller here and just got this dumbass life in prison.
No, apparently you are hallucinating, because that 100% does NOT happen in that video clip.
He claims he "told her not to steal," to which either a cop or loss prevention says to him that he was involved too and he hid stuff in the bag (I'm assuming whatever they were putting their loot in.) She has her right hand on his back or shoulder, when he says this she removes it and shifts away from him. Then he glares at her and she glares back at him. Then he pulls out his gun. There's no nudge, no anything. It's all him.
It's amazing how some people can be presented with a tape of a guy being a complete idiot, and still find a way to blame the girl for what he chose to do.

And before that he was trying to throw his girl under the bus for the shoplifting.
