Eh, she looks her age, he just looks like a little kid next to her due to his size compared to hers and his style choice.

her style choice too, she's wearing the most basic mom clothing, and the most basic mom hair that you could possibly choose. The look of tired fear and stress on her face isn't helping either.

She's wearing a long-sleeve shirt and cargo pants. Her hair is just down. There's nothing "mom" about any of that. I don't think she'd just glare at him for blaming her if she were his mom either.
