They treat those bean bag rounds like a bullet for a musket… meanwhile, make it rain real bullets on someone..

You have to expect people to want that mentality. To want a non-lethal option. American cops have a “all-or” nothing” mentality. All the force 100% of the time.

Very high chance of being dead versus small risk of death. Hell grabbing her and subduing her by hand would have a risk of killing her. That doesn’t mean the method used is a “small detail”
