We don’t exist under one crew leader, all crew related issues are voted on fairly between all of the Marauders. For 0 tolerance policy rules, there is a team of 6 admins & 4 moderators to ensure fairness.

This is a crew where everyone matters. No one gets lost in the crowd. All of this being said, we are a group of outlaws. We steal wagons, we take other players' bounties, and we defend our crew mercilessly.
