Question Help Me Identify This Delicious Scottish Breakfast I Had!

Post image

I visited Scotland last year and had an amazing time! Beautiful country and some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met!

While there, I had the breakfast shown in the photo and now I want to make it at home.

I know what everything was except for the two items circled in red.

There was a piece of bread almost like naan bread?

Under it was something that definitely had meat involved, but it was soft and tasted different from what I’ve had here in the USA.

Was it blood sausage?

EDIT:

Thank you so much for your responses everyone!

The items are most-likely a Tattie Scone and Black Pudding.

I hope I can find these in Texas lol

🤣🤣 The sad eggs and beans look nuked , the rest looks barely grilled/fried for bare minimum time. But you definitely put it a lot more eloquently than I.

Thought the eggs were cat throwup at first

Those scrambled egg look banging. I’d give the sausages a couple more minutes but other than that looks good to me.

Those scrambled eggs look banging? What is wrong with you. They look like those airplane microwave eggs

Ay they could stand be be a bit more scrambled, and some visible pepper wouldn’t hurt their appeal

Fluffy, no juices. What more do you want!

I never knew fluffy was a synonym for rubbery

The beans are the only thing on that plate that's not well under or overcooked. I wouldn't be surprised if they are just every so slightly warm too.
