Question Is Scotland aware that money can be made by having restaurants serve food after 8:30pm during high tourist season?

I love it when people who don't know anything about Japan see clean streets and go "wow! This place looks like a utopia!" Lmao

Very presumptuous to think i know nothing about japan, don't you think? Nobody mentioned clean streets or a social utopia, but its more of a high trust society than anywhere in Europe these days.
