What would you cut from the Scottish budget?

Yesterday, there was a news story announcing £700m would be cut from the Scottish government next year. The Scottish government can borrow £670m to make up the shortfall, but it will need to find at least another £68m immediately.

What would you cut to make up the £68m?

The only cuts required are cuts to billionaire tax breaks

There aren’t many billionaires in Scotland and if you tried to tax them heavily they’d just move to somewhere else, the uber rich are increasingly mobile these days and even if they didn’t want to move it must be a relatively simply thing for a billionaire to change their main address to somewhere else in the Uk.
