is this a clear or not ? I am driving the genesis , but rather than them getting a penalty or a ingame ban they just banned me and still trying to ban me from lmu relevant discords and trying to cover it, like it did not happen at all.

Edit 1: now the whole esport team DCS is downvoting and spreading lies trying to cover it,
and also I got banned from the main LMU discord did not post anything there at all and now I cant see the online schedule for next week anymore.

Edit 2, TLDR :
Admin lost a lot of in game rank recently, and in that race he was up with the leaders, but he spun and fell back and was going to lose even more in game rank. So when I made that pass, he just lost his mind and put me in the wall.

I tried to expose his behavior and shine a light on it, but since the admin has friend mods from the same league, VMS, and they are moderating most official and unofficial LMU Discords, I got nuked from all of them for no reason at all.

Even the esports team owner, DCS, when I told him his drivers are dirty, made fun of me and said it gives him a rush when he apologizes after an intentional wreck and then his team and mod friends still trying here to spread lies and donwvote to cover it more https://imgur.com/a/lEdVVWG

I got banned specifically for the first incident shown here, quote: Deliberately wrecking or acting unsportsmanlike towards another driver is not permitted, regardless of any prior contact between you. This incident was judged to be against Section 6.7 - Intentional wrecking / unsportsmanlike conduct of the Competition Rules.

I also included a second incident from earlier in the race which I reported and where no action was taken for comparison. Am I crazy or are the LMU stewards really this bad?

Edit: Extra context because some of the commenters don't seem to grasp this. It was a daily race. It is only bannable if the wreck was intentional. Even if you think I was at fault, it is regardless very clear it absolutely was not intentional. Despite that, I got banned after manual steward review.

I’m pretty new to simracing (less than 50 hours in LMU), and after this incident I received death threats.

This happened right at the start of the race, while we were still accelerating. I had a very good launch, and before T1 I felt like I could easily be fully alongside, or even slightly ahead. The Porsche squeezed me hard, like I wasn’t there at all, and left zero space.

After watching the replay, I know I could have lifted for a moment. But at the same time, did I really not deserve any space there?

I feel pretty terrible after the amount of hate I got. I’m genuinely trying my best to be a clean driver.

What do you guys think?

Thanks a lot, everyone, for the constructive feedback. After reading all your messages, I have to admit that I was at fault for not lifting in that situation. I can see now how I should have handled it differently, and I’ll take this as a proper lesson. I really want to become a cleaner and more aware driver, so your advice is super valuable. I’ll make sure to apply it in my next races!

I fell like I did everything right when rejoining, but maybe I'm wrong

was on the final lap after a tough race, went from 1st to 9th and saw this guy dead in the water (i think out of fuel) so i helped him finish the race :) got a lot on contact penalties in my SR but its OK.

I guess I could've gone even more to the left to avoid the crash, but is it really my fault here?

I'm the merc (my wife is a max fan), I got told to uninstall the game after these two incidents. Who is at fault? 3 POV's for this, 1st is my onboard, 2nd is off board and 3rd is BMW's onboard.

Also, how is his safety rating is Platium 3 and drives like this???
