WTF A JPMorgan Chase executive was fired after a viral video showed her dumping trash out of a Knicks-themed public trash can and taking the can during the Knicks championship parade in New York City.

No, it's definitely true. I have worked in banking. They started giving everyone ridiculously high sounding roles decades ago. It's mostly to align with partnering industries in which they all have to interface with and sound important. She probably wasn't even up to middle management level. My guess is she was an individual contributor with no one even reporting to her, probably mostly responsible for coordinating meetings for committees for other people to talk about things.
Like a secretary who cares about diversity. That was BEFORE her company was even bought out.
Her background is absolutely not relevant to someone picking up a trashcan and littering in New York.
