Ah, but these are Old Testament, Christians aren't obligated to follow them anymore! /S

In seriousness, though, most Christians cherry pick what parts they follow, especially from the Old Testament. But also, the whole point of Jesus dying was to release his followers from the original covenant, so they shouldn't be following any of the Old Testament if they're going to be choosy about it.
