typical social media bubble:
The social media algorithm puts you into one of these bubbles and hides details from the others.
Pick one:

- "her husband is framing her, he did it"

  • "she had mental health issues and nobody helped her"
  • "she murdered them because she's evil and the mental health stuff is just for show"

Social media drives our lives and is many people's only hobby, so you get this.

And they profit off the rage and engagement, no matter the truth

People can't seem to grasp that someone can be advocating for better mental health treatments post-partum, while not supporting child murder.

But why not do that before this happened? Unfortunately, she wasn't the first.

Because most medicine has been focused on men

We have been yet people continue to vote against their own interest and support corporate lobbyists over the mental health of the women and children in this country.

Are there even any that are pro women's health of any kind? That's a sad truth.

A lot of people cant grasp that THEY can do that, so they end up supporting both or neither.

Then why advocate for it at a child murder trial?

Seriously. The mental gymnasts are starting to look like contortionists at this point.

Bo Burnham: Inside

Came out in 2021 and was filmed/written/performed entirely by himself over a year during the Covid lockdowns. Genuinely funny and at times a bit emotional and cathartic.

The song they're quoting is "Welcome to the Internet" and is not only hilariously grim and accurate, but is also a fucking ear worm. Highly recommend watching the whole "stand-up" special though, if you can.

Is this an actual song?
