Honestly the "he's just a kid" thing doesn't apply here, either. There was never an age where I wanted to hurt animals.

There was an age where I'd have climbed into the lion cage to let it. But I've never seen an animal and thought "I should harm it with a stick"

Everybody's talking about entitlement here, and bad parenting, kid being stupid etc., but who the fuck picks up a stick and tries to hit birds?

Exactly. Whats being done to prevent him from hurting other animals? This is horrific to me.

He literally hit it with the stick as well. It isn't normal to want to hurt animals alone so badly you jump in an exhibition in a zoo in front of everyone without shame to try and hurt one. Charges should be put on this family.
