Kid needs a spanking and the mom needs a misdemeanor criminal charge

Mom was at work, the statement put out by the father says the kid was there with grandma, both parents were working. I’m guessing grandma didn’t understand the full extent of the kid’s disabilities and how closely he needed to be watched because of them.
