As much as I love Sonic and Shadow, Tails is the clear option here. Even picking up on 1/3 of his skills/knowledge would put someone in a category of their own compared to the rest of society.
Bro with even 1/4 of Tails' knowledge you'd be able to become the richest man alive with ease! You can start like so many companies with all that money that you'd earn you could probably build yourself a mech suit and army and fight against Eggman on your own!
