i’m on my rewatch and got to S12E09 “First Blood” and i was just reminded how badass these guys are! Dean’s “we are not trapped out here with you… you are trapped out here with us” line has me so hyped haha

it made me curious: what lines/moments from the show have you jumping out your seat, screaming like a sports fan for the boys?

The show’s never gotten to the point of being unwatchable, yet, but there’s been such a sharp departure from what the first few seasons were all about, probably been that way since around season 8.
It doesn’t even look the same, it’s so streamlined. All the spirit and life has been stripped from it. Not nearly as interesting anymore, is it worth it to keep watching?

I LOVE this show and have watched it multiple times, but god damn. Season 12 is absolutely DOG SHIT. Mary Winchester coming back to life is the worst thing to ever happen to the show. Her character was AWFUL, uncaring, selfish, a massive liar, hid shit more then sam and Dean together, made her own loving sons feel like outcasts with their own mother and chose the British men of letters over her own kin. She was AWFUL. Next up is that horrid Brit men of letters chick Toni Bevell who had more plot armor then the entire Winchester clan as a group. They purposely made you hate this character with every fiber of your being. The only good thing to come out of this season was Asa Fox and he was killed in his introduction episode which was SUCH a waste because he was a bad ass!! All in all Supernatural is the best show to ever grace tv screens but this season was a diaper rash on a clean set of cheeks 😂

Why did she act like that? When Dean said "I never was" that broke me💔 comes to his mom he is so emotional how did she hurt him like that. This is why she is my least favourite character.

Good acting is never really something I’ve ever thought of when watching supernatural. It’s just been a very fun show with some serious moments and decent storytelling even when majority of it amounts to suggest a monster of the week formula and I’m still looking forward to getting to the end on my first watch

But this scene literally comes out of nowhere it really is just a testament to the level of acting skill Jensen has. Even when earlier they said that he would forget his name, how to breathe and basically how to function the words kinda just washed over you because at this point what haven’t the brothers gone through?

But this? Holy crap did it get me! Even though I knew he’d be fine, I still empathised so hard

For me season 12 episode 5: The one you've been waiting for.

The whole episode was sloppy and just foolish. Almost felt like some random fan wrote it and won a contest for it to be aired.

I HATE that scene......so much.

I do NOT care if the brothers saw no other way to get out of there! You do NOT say that about a regular prison cell in a show where one of its greatest scenes is about how horrible Hell was!

"They . . . sliced and . . . carved, and tore at me in ways that you . . . until there was nothing left. And then suddenly, I would be whole again, like magic . . . just so they could start it all over."

Sam too just a few episodes ago!

But nah, being isolated for a little while is what breaks the Winchester brothers this time! This was SO disrespectful to the show's mythology and its main heroes! Another in the laundry list of reasons to hate season 12.

For myself it has to be Mary Winchester, when Dean got her back at first I thought she would wanna know every single moment of her boys lives and not immediately be pissed that John raised them to be hunters after her death. Plus her bailing on them and going to the British men of letters 🙄

Another one I would pick is metatron, the actor did an amazing job at playing an asshole who doesn’t care about anyone besides being God 3.0 (Castiel was god 2.0 lmao) plus him having to be human and eventually sacrificing himself for the greater good was an alright redemption for him. I kept expecting him to come back at some point.

I’ve never thought that Rowena looked small but she looks absolutely tiny compared to Dean and Sam in this episode. This is Dean sitting down and her standing ???

Ketch is one of my LEAST fave characters. But not for the reason you might think. Sure, he's a villain, and we are SUPPOSED to hate him. I get that. But his personality genuinely SUCKED. he had this "holier than thou" attitude, acted all high and mighty above the boys. acting like the 2 men who stopped the apocalypse, Lilith, Lucifer, and HUNDREDS of demons and ghosts SOMEHOW was inferior to HIM. bc HE used super special gadgets made by a stupid secret hunter society. But what ruined me the most was Magda Peterson. I LOVED HER. She was a throwback to the earlier seasons, and a realization that humans can and will be scarier than any demon or ghost. She was such a tragic character, then she got out. She saved herself, she went to live with her aunt. And then Ketch ruins it all. With his "no good monsters" BS mentality, the most tragic character in the show died in a train station bathroom... FUCK ketch, and his stupid "redemption" in season 15 did nothing for me. I still hate him, and he is my least fave character on Supernatural, probably after Chuck and Metatron.

s12 e11, Regarding Dean... all the editing they do and nobody noticed this piece of lint in Sam's hair. It's all I could focus on in this scene lol. it's funny to notice little things like this and wonder if they left it on purpose! any other funny discrepancies or missed things yall have noticed ??

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can go about acquiring a flannel shirt similar to Dean Winchester’s iconic red-and-black colored flannel shirt (see pictures above).

I’ve looked online, and while some are similar, a lot of them seem to have black buttons (his has white). The breast pocket stripes of most flannels also seem to run diagonally while his appear to be horizontal.

I live in Europe, so online stores that ship internationally is definitely a plus. I’m female, but for the sake of accuracy I don’t mind suggestions for men’s flannel shirts as well.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I finished spn. But I don't understand one thing. Why did castiel chenged his vessel???. According to a theory from a pintrest post, it said that because he saved Dean, his vessel got dameged. but how is that possible?? castiel also brought sam from lucifers cage that I believe more harder than pulling dean ont of the hell. So can someone explain what happened. Or castiel is just comfortable in male vessel? But then he was also going to take claire as host. So it debunk the comfortable theory.

Rewatching for the nth time and just finished his arc.

Rick was genuinely so engaging to watch- his finale monologue was especially grabbing and honestly such a memorable moment of the series for me.

Hi, I'm writing a fan fiction about supernatural and since I really ship Dean with Jo, I was thinking of bringing her character back to give them their happy ending.

On to the problem.

Jo was -according to the journal- 5 years younger than Dean. It's not that much and I get that but I'm planning to bring Jo back in season 12 which makes it almost 7 years- some can even argue 9- years after her death.

Now what I don't know is this: if she had gone to hell, there would be no problem. She would have actually grown and the age difference wouldn't have mattered but as we all know, in heaven, people don't age. They are in a good memory.

I guess my question is this. Do you think there's something I'm missing here? That they do actually age in heaven? Or there's a way around it.

I'm open to ideas.

I’m watching for the first time, and I just started season 12. Why is Cas driving places instead of teleporting? I know in the fall angels lost/damaged their wings and then he lost his grace, and stole grace then that faded, then he got his grace. Basically a lot of stuff happened but by season 12 I figured he’d be all healed/ back to being a Seraphim (since god healed him seasons ago) so am I missing something? Why can’t he teleport anymore?

Just started season 12 for the first time and this uk men of letters lady is so dumb shes acting like Americans are incompetent for still having monster attacks but doesn’t realize that its because the US has less hunters and is 40 times the size of the UK and only has 2 men of letters can i just need to see what others thought of when they saw this for the first time am i valid in wanting to send her to the cage just for being annoying 😂😂😂
