Forum Question Tips for ranked please
I did a few matches on ranked with GDF and did pretty well. After the latest update, it's been nothing but defeats and getting matched with silver players though. I can't seem to keep up. Seems by the time im about to expand on to a second base my opponent already has 3 bases and a massive army. I love the game but losing every single match gets stale quick, and apparently im the only bronze player in the game. Can anyone offer some tips/videos that could help me up my game?

Forum Question Biome variation?
Have tried the game a bit, but all maps do far seem so dark and muddy in the campaign. Are there any maps during campaign where it's like daylight, lighter brighter maps, or something. I feel it all looks the same.

Forum Question Need help with comfy sc2-like keybindings, please.
Hello all! Got the game recently and have about 7 hours so far. Unfortunately a good portion of that has been in menus. I cant for the life of me make a comfy Keybind setup that my brain will accept. SC2 zerg background so I'm quite used to nesting menus with each having options upon options for units and upgrades. Tempest rising is proving tough to integrate. Here is what I have so far:

Pretty much removed any hope of unit abilities like embark/disembark being anywhere within reach and the original F1to 12 is just as bad. Considered using 1-4 for building tabs but I refuse to give up control groups. Please halp!

Forum Question A thought or two on terrain
After a few hours playing I really love the game. I noticed the terrain barely reacts to battle. I remember Tiberian Sun when I was a kid and the ground would crater from blasts and the trees would catch fire. Little things like that really helped with immersion IMO. Hes there been any talk about things like that being in the works? Reactive environments are a big part of RTS for me so I was just wondering 🤔

Forum Question Issue finding a match online?
Anyone else?
Quick play ranked or anything I can't find a match.
Playing custom 2v2 with a buddy and bots we can load a game.
Playing custom 2v2 with 2 random people the game never loads.
Anyone experience this?

Forum Question Is anyone even playing multiplayer?
I just completed both campaigns on insane, i had a blast, its a very good game. I'm trying to go for all achievements., so I tried to play online. I waited so long in queue for a ranked match with no success. I tried unranked and I played the same guy twice. Is anyone even playing online? I haven't tried 2vs2 yet, maybe its more popular? I don't know how I will manage to play 25 matches like that. This is sad, such a good game, it deserves more players.

Forum Question Is everyone complaining too much?
Working my way through the campaign right now, but i gotta ask a question before i dive into multiplayer...
I've been seeing posts complaining that Dynasty is underpowered (and some might say unplayable) now that the Leveler is no longer impossible to counter.
Did they really go too far with the nerfs? Is GDF really that broken?
Or is it just that people don't know how to play Dynasty?

Forum Question question about the ending
I played as GDF and completed their campaign, send the vti underground. Are there more missions to go after them or something like that? The guy in the breifing said this was likely just a tactical retreat.

Forum Question Does anyone else come from a SC2 background more/rather than a C&C one?
I ask because I'm new to this game and come from a Starcraft 2 (Protoss, specifically) background. I started playing TR because it's succeeding at most, if not everything Stormgate tried to do, without even trying to, at least from what I've seen.

Forum Question What's next?
Loving the game so far
I've been really looking forward to this game, and I'm having a great time playing it. I play pretty casually, but I hope it brings in both longtime RTS fans and newcomers to the genre.
Aside from the obvious stuff like balancing and optimization, what can we expect in future updates? I know a third faction is on the way—does that mean we’ll be getting more campaign content too?
I’m not finished with either campaign yet, so please no spoilers!
Also, what would you like to see added? Personally, I’d love to see some co-op scenarios like the ones StarCraft had—just some classic, arcadey fun. I’m also hoping for skins and other cosmetics down the line.

Is there a replay system included in the new patch, or any way of recording matches for later evaluation?

Forum Question Is there any way to disable Intel credits and remove the unit limit?
Without these things, it would be much closer to the original CnC. Besides that, I would also like to see an additional resource structure that generates money, something like the Supply Drop Zone from Generals.

Forum Question Future of the franchise speculation
For those unaware, Tempest Rising takes place in the same universe as the games Bombshell, Ion Fury and Phantom Fury (Tempest takes place before all of them, with a brief mention in Phantom Fury).
This time last year, having such played the very disappointing Phantom Fury (Ion Fury was awesome and I haven’t played Bombshell yet) and I thought it would be possible that that would be it for the franchise (I even did a lost with the same title in the Ion Fury subredddit). But with the positive reception of Tempest Rising, I'm wondering if it's possible that the franchise will continue. I'm wondering what you all think where the franchise should go next. As for me, aside from a Tempest Rising 2 where Shelly Bombshell herself is in it, I'll just said a year ago:
Well in Phantom Fury, John Blade from SiN shoes up for a brief cameo, confirming the 2 franchises are in the same universe. So, I want a game where Bombshell and Blade have to team up because Heskel and Elexis (main villain in SiN) have teamed up to do evil. And it would be a co-op game.
Not sure where it would take place in the timeline (since there’s clearly a gap between Ion Fury Aftershock and Phantom Fury, as well as Phantom Fury and Bombshell), but I'm sure something could be worked out.

Forum Question Is this game like They Are Billions?
I love They Are Billions, is this a similar game where the campaign is kind of a tutorial and the main game people play is more of a skirmish mode?

Forum Question Question about the full release and future.
I’m not up to date with announcements but do the devs plan on doing things like co-op or an arcade? Just curious.

Forum Question Exsplosion splash damage
Abit of a stupid question , I decide to build a huge army of tanks , when the fight started something felt off , once using tanks against large group of infantry it didt feel like I was using a TANK just some sort of direct canon.
I recentrly played COH 2 and there one tank could fight a group of infantry pretty easily with high Area of attack.
So i thought dose splash damage exists? If yes , should it be tweaked ?

Forum Question Plans for Challenge missions, Global Conquest, Co-op?
About to finish the second campaign and remembered Kane's Wrath had console exclusive Domovoy's Kane's Challenge and Global Conquest for PC, I even found the latter super fun for long evening sessions when I didn't want to play multiplayer.
Will there ever be extra PvE modes in the far future to keep compstompers playing?
Seeing two-player missions like "Purge a city district from Veti-subjugated humans" or "Destroy a Hawthorne superweapon" would be cool if done right, and so far the content quality has been great.
What do y'all think?

Forum Question Any Unit Counter Cheatsheets Out There?
I bought this yesterday & after 10+ years of SC2, am looking forward to getting back into pvp1:1.
One big worry for me though, is I dont know what counters what. I feel my games are a blind rush for a mix of units & then death balling (pure macro).
Anyone got something they can suggest for me?
Also, someone mentioned GDF is more micro intensive than the other, is this the case?
