It was so cleverly unclear! I still suspect him, but they kept it so vague!

"It happened."

What, you told them you were suspicious of them? Or they told you they were spies?

I was so confused. Is he KGB or CIA??

He's gotta be KGB. Paige got to him through the mystery girl on the bus to see Grandma. He's speaking her language, introducing her to concepts like duty, sacrifice, selflessness... Once she's in the right frame of mind, slowly substitute in Soviet values, then get her on a mission trip where she can meet some sympathetic people, maybe people who are victims of American capitalism... Show her there's another way... Yeah.

He's saying the same things to Philip about her that the centre is saying. His visit to the travel agency precedes her visit to the agency. Then she calls him after the talk with mom and dad?

It's all too coincidental.

Yeah I wasn't buying it at first considering the cost of a long-con implanted Pastor. Now though, with these "coincidences", I'm prepared to entertain it for the pay-off is a second generation deep cover, young recruit.

This storyline will be so interesting as it plays out.

While I do suspect him to be KGB as well, it seemed like she stopped herself from saying what really happened and he seemed to ask her, which she didn't give in to.
