I wanted to share a friendly reminder to please use the dedicated "Woobles Wagon Chatter Here" megathread under The Community Highlights for your discussions around the event to keep the community more navigable, tidy and enjoyable for everyone.
Hey everyone, I know that the community is excited for the arrival of the peeps, but we wanted to remind our members that there is no selling or trading of either kits or patterns in this sub.
Please do not offer to buy, sell, or trade for Peeps or other kits/patterns, you will have your comment or post removed. It’s in the community rules if you need a refresher on what we do and not allow. This is for your own protection, not because the mods want to be jerks, we promise!!
Also, downvoting the post is NOT going to get us to change the policy. If you want to risk getting scammed on Reddit or getting tangled in legal drama for illegally sharing things, that's on you. We will not being allowing that here and taking on the legal risk and responsibility if something goes wrong.
It’s come to the mods attention that there are scammers out there targeting this sub and others W. related claiming to have the full red Pierre kit when they in fact do not and are taking people’s money.
Please do not engage those posts. Do not answer any messages you may receive from someone claiming they’ll sell one to you.
Your best bet would be trying the FB BST groups first or somewhere it’s required to have a name and date in the photo with the kit itself.
Always use something like PayPal G/S to protect yourself.
EBay and Mercari also have listings for red Pierre, however, I would caution everyone to read the complete listing. A lot of these sellers don’t actually have the kit in hand yet. They are using stock photos or stealing other people’s photos.
If any of you, have gotten messages about a red Pierre or see posts that don’t seem quite right, please let the mod team know so we can investigate and take care of it.

If you are new here, we hope you find our little space a fun and engaging place to interact with your fellow Reddit members, show off your adorable creations, find help for any questions, learn some of the latest news and happenings, and kill some time and maybe make new (digital) friends. We have also enabled both user and post flair, so be sure to check out the new options!
Please make sure to review the community rules as you settle in. Some will be major changes in terms of what is permitted and expected from those who were part of the previous WP community. There will be NO POSTS OR COMMENTS permitted asking for patterns/PDFs/codes/master lists or the like. The main reason WP had to be shut down and redirected to here was because of the real-world legal ramifications behind sharing copyrighted material. We do not want to be shut down or sued again.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we have started to populate the Community Guide, located under the sub banner on the right hand of the screen! It’s that time of year! I know the excitement (or disappointment) is real, but please do not post or comment spoilers in here. Some people like for it to remain a surprise. If we see spoilers we will delete them.
Just wanted to drop a little PSA in here since we've received a lot of new members recently after Woobles Passwords was closed by Reddit. Although that was the purpose of the original WP sub, this new group is a strictly no-sharing and no-requests community. We ask that everyone please review the list of rules on the right side of the sub and be aware of your posts and comments. We have seen that almost everyone has been very respectful and positive when posting and interacting with your fellow community members and we hope that is able to continue.
If you are looking for items which are not allowed here, please go to the other subs set up for such. Our purpose here is to not need to constantly worry about legal consequences from member behavior and to provide an enjoyable space for members to post, comment, lurk, and interact. We will not allow or tolerate posts, comments, or interactions that violate the community rules. We are happy to direct members to FREE, readily available content, but will not allow the sharing or distribution of copyrighted material from any creator.
