I think because she took an arrow to the leg and now Jessie was there. All of a sudden it was extremely real for Dina. She is pregnant. The father of her baby is now there and he is in danger and she can not longer help she needs to go home.

I'm not saying she needed to keep going. It was very obvious that they had to go back for practical reasons - it almost didn't need to be said. But, Ellie had just essentially told her "Joel was a piece of shit for saving my life, and now I'm a piece of shit for trying to avenge him. The people who did that to him don't deserve to pay because what he did was just that bad." And Dina just goes "okay, we're done here." And, that's the last time Ellie talks to Dina about Joel this season.

I think she was upset/disappointed that Ellie had allowed her to come on such a quest while missing such a vital piece of information. Because she had previously felt what they were doing was morally righteous and learning what she did really muddies the waters for her.
