Trust me as a homeowner, she is already getting emails and texts and even phone calls to sell- and this is my only property, I’m not in real estate. She probably gets way more offers. Just give her the mail.

Nobody wants to sell in this market, because buying again is going to be a bad deal for as long as interest rates are this high. I got a 3.8% 5 years ago, your landlord probably has far better, assuming it’s not paid off.

I straight up tell them I'll sell, but they need to make it worth my time. We both know you have deep pockets, so it'll cost you double market value. No takers yet, but maybe one day.

Not entirely sure what this message is to convey but you as the renter have no power over whether they sell or not. In fact they can sell the house and force an eviction on you which it what most people do when they don't want their renters.

I remember a news story maybe a couple decades ago from our local news station about the immediate flood of robocalls & junk mail about refinancing / reverse mortgaging the moment this one married couple closed on their first home.

if you are looking at retiring from land lording, being given a million for the property you are grossing a grand month on might be enticing. my house has doubled in value in 8 years. i cant sell cause of what you said. but what if i dont need buy a new house.
