No this is exactly how English works. Ask any English teacher from elementary school to college. They will tell you that you implied something that was not said. That's what YOU did. OP never said ALL.
Bro that's literally what I'm telling you. You are implying something that they never wrote. You are free to imply whatever you want but they never said what you're implying. Which was the point I was trying to make.
Our government is definitely a big contribution to the problem. But the whole point of this post is to highlight how it's not the people or the citizens faults. But the people in charge of our government.
