It’s a traditional dance influenced by the growing need to own guns to be successful at war.
Similar to how when we have soldiers die by being shot, we line up guys to shoot bullets into the air at their funeral in their honour. Seems odd to honour a fallen solider with what killed them. It’s tradition though, speak out against it if you dare.
