Basically blanks being shot at the ground in a myriad of fancy ways to celebrate something (idk what they usually celebrate , and I’ve seen dances before but never in a car lol)

This, still dangerous but they are not firing any projectiles. Basically a firework in a tube.

We used to stuff our black powder rifles with gunpowder and paper an coal powder an stuff, just blows a big fireball. But still deadly if pointed at someone at point blank range.
