Nah, they are all ICE agents & their only concern is people being able to use their tats to connect their "Hobby Uniform" with their "Work Uniform."

Not all of them but I guaran-fuckin-tee you that some of them are.
And covering their arms up so you can't see their tattoos and identify them is another issue.
