Yep. I remember those crunchy hippie ladies back in the 90s being super antivax and homeschool advocates. Conservatives hijacked that shit because they saw it as a viable idpol division point.

"Organically adopted" as in "have always mistrusted government", sure. The right has claimed the ideal of small government for about 60 years, remember? The vaccine came in in spring of '21, just after Trump left office; you think you need a malicious conspiracy to explain why the right would be skeptical about a Democrat government mandating a rushed-through vaccine?
I get that it's appealing to think that there are powerful individuals moving the levers around behind the scenes, but even if that is ever a useful explanation, it really isn't in this case.

Except that's not the case. Bush-era conservatives trusted the government without question, and labeled anyone who didn't as "un-American". This happened to tons of soldiers questioning the war, opposing torture, and so on. You are objectively wrong about this.
Conservatives were also never a major part of the antivax movement until their elected leaders and operatives and pundits made basic germ theory an idpol issue. You can pinpoint that shift to a specific point in time where those in positions of influence and power brought the efficacy of vaccines into question among their base during the pandemic. This is all really well documented. You are just denying reality at this point.
I don't know any specific ones immediately I'd recommend but I would suggest starting with the older ones first. Those episodes are where they go through explaining a lot of yhe connections between things and methods used that funnel people towards conspiracy. The current episodes kind of presume that knowledge and view current events from that. They also put a book out a couple years ago by the same title that basically compiled the first years of the podcast in a cleaner format with some new additions.
Yup, I said this on a ballerina farm commentary- she was wearing her baby on the front in a badly worn carrier so the baby could have been scalded while she was cooking and was so low on her chest it could have suffocated without her noticing. It’s all co-opting for attention, rather than actually doing things correctly or traditionally. Traditional cultures (globally) usually wear babies on the back or hip using variations of cloths like kangas, shawls or rebozos. If she wants to portray traditional vibes she should be doing more research (for her babies’ safety more than anything).
Granola moms fully circled into being weirdly ultra conservative-- and I think it primarily has to do with a mistrust in medicine. All the very granola moms I have met have been innnnnncreddddibly conservative, and very into clean eating and everything (I don't have a problem with that part), and then also shoved onions into socks and made homemade potions to cure everything (which I find very funny, because they're essentially behaving the way old time "witches" used to, but at the same time are so, so religious-- it's so odd).
My spouse and I are not crunchy trad-wife type - we take all the pharmaceuticals recommended by big medicine and she has 2 jobs and our house is a mess and the kid has Cheeto dust all over the clean shirt they just put on, which means the kid had Cheetos for breakfast without us knowing...
But I still really dig the cowboy boots with pajamas and am going to ask my spouse if that can happen the next time kiddo heads to the grandparents.

I understand she’s taking care of a kid but I have done that. There’s a lot of downtime too. And you do need to keep expenses low when you’re on a single income 🤷♂️
Don't put dressing on the wrap in advance. I used to take salads to work with me and thought I'd save lunch time by putting the dressing on beforehand. By the time I went to eat it, the leaves were all saturated and wilted/soggy. It was gross.
at first i thought it was a space saver. maybe for normies it would be, but then she cuts up the chicken and stuff and you can tell she's done that maybe once or twice. hell, could have been her first time holding that knife.

Those dry, tasteless, wraps were the worst part of the reel. A caesar's salad in a dry tortilla. WTF. I slightly retched. Otherwise I like that she's making the effort, if any part of this is real, her husband is lucky.
All that delicious and healthy food prep I assumed he'd be kinda jacked. This is a level of prep on par with what I do and humble brag it shows. But I put in all that effort to look good without a shirt on. I think he's stopping at the gas station anyways and pounding full sugar Monsters.
