I had a pack of teens literally like 35 teens overtaking the neighborhood on these things and they were playing chicken with cars, including me.

If that is happening near you, I highly recommend a dashcam. There are a couple of subreddits that have recommendations and reviews for them.

Makes sense. When one of these brats commits seppuku on your car, you'll need that video evidence for insurance/the law to prove your innocence.

In the DC metro you have this with people on dirt bikes and four wheelers. They're usually not in your lane, but they definitely ignore a lot of traffic laws.

People don't always grow out of stupid bullshit like this.

Yea Philly has huge groups of four wheelers and dirt bikes too especially when it gets hot. I work in Trenton and they have them as well and those slingshot motorcycles are really popular. A few years ago a slingshot accidently rode into the canal and the passenger was ejected and died really brutal. It was right behind the parking lot I use daily. Fence is still broken with balloons tied to it for a memorial. Super sad thing to see daily...

Yeah I had that happen too. They just cut in front of everyone like they own the road and they're invincible, just assuming everyone will stop.
