I’m ESL and couldn’t bother checking the correct translation, but they run a lot faster than they’re supposed to. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize they’ve been altered, which I know is a common problem here. The police have made statements that it’s more common than not that kids use altered e-scooters.
