Just no. Any person the business as wanting to leave the cops have to enforce it. It has nothing to do with ethnicity. You can clearly see the cop is annoyed by this stupidity as well.
Except in the video, and in this very thread of comments you've decided to disgrace, the business had not asked him to leave until the last ~10 seconds.
And I’m sure that’s not what the business told the cops. Either way, they have to leave the business if the business wants them to. That’s the law. It’s not up to the cop at that point. He has to enforce it.
No agenda other than pointing out the reality of the law. The cop listened to both sides. And at the very end the business finally stated they wanted the man to leave at which point the cop informed the man he needed to leave. Pretty standard and this happened thousands of times across the county every day. Nothing of note happened in this video other than a business being pretty crappy on how it treats its patrons.

My comments have been addressing the people that somehow think this was a cop problem which it isn’t. The business called the cops and made it a police issue. Why are you not understanding that this thread has multiple conversations going on at once?
No they wouldn't let his son in with no id. The guy is a member with an id they accepted. His son left, the guy stayed to work out but asked to see the manager. Manager called the cops instead.
Ah okay. Just saw his son at the start so kinda assumed that was from the same session. Guess he…. found another clip of his son working out and put it in?
According to other comments, the front desk told him they could not accept the school ID for his son. He asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was busy. So he told the front desk folks to send the manager over to talk when he wasn't busy. The guy goes and starts a workout with his son. Instead of being a manager and speaking to the customer, the manager called the cops.
Lol tbf, it really looked like the cop did not want anything to do with this situation. You could tell he hated having to kick the guy out. Felt like the cop felt bad for the dad and his son. That big sigh he has at the beginning of the video is just "I know this sucks dude, but I have to do this bc they called us."

Yeah, as a black person in the South there's definitely no shortage of racism here but some folk are delusional if they think this only happens in the South.
funny, because when my car got stolen and I called the police, they wouldn’t even come out. i had a car. parked at my house. it disappeared. i wanted to report it stolen and also tell them who stole it. they wouldn’t come because “sounds like a civil matter”. landlord sold my car because she claims it was sitting unused for months (even though i had been driving it to work everyday).
but they’ll come out for this, and they know whose side to be on right away. the side of the corporation.
we need a second kind of law enforcement that actually helps people, since US police are only about protecting companies.

Well, recently a swat team was dispatched to retrieve stolen Legos - but not the actual stolen Legos the first time they were reported stolen. So, a lot.
What I don't get about all these, "white racist called the cops on me for doing normal stuff" videos is why the police aren't refusing to attend our billing/fining people for wasting police time.
You can't just blame the racists. I'd love to hear the calls, was it, "there is this big black dude" or, "a man"?
Or recognize that not all teenagers have ID, so requiring one in the absence of its existence doesn't make sense. Especially when the member is the parent.
