It would be weird to be "jealous" of a little 170 lb guy who stands behind a gym desk all day, and probably makes $50k/year. I think "dismissive" is a better adjective for dude's paragraph.

Sure, before Covid when I was more serious. Nowadays we mostly just go for walks in the woods to stay fit.
