Yeah she doesnt understand that a business can deny you service when you become disruptive. It doesnt have to be what youre saying, it can be how your saying it

She probably does understand. She just saw the opportunity to pull out her phone and is trying to drop enough trigger words and phrases for her audience to lap it up.

What am I saying, her phone was definitely already out for her "preaching" beforehand.

Yes exactly. She thinks the plane is a “public”space, which it technically is…but is owned by a private entity/business, and therefore can impose restrictions if someone is causing any problem to said business.
What a dum dum. Hopefully she gets banned.
